Who operates RepairVega

RepairVega LLC is the Pennsylvania limited liability company that operates RepairVega. RepairVega does not perform the repair, does not employ independent service providers, and does not guarantee that a provider will accept, complete, or warrant work.

The platform

RepairVega connects homeowners and independent service providers. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use RepairVega only for legitimate home-service matching.

No guaranteed outcome

RepairVega does not promise a perfect provider, a guaranteed result, guaranteed income for providers, or that every provider is licensed or insured for every job. Trust Score is an internal operations signal and is not a public warranty.

Emergencies

If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, gas, electrical safety, or property, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility. RepairVega is not 911 and is not emergency dispatch.

Accounts and marketplace use

RepairVega LLC may pause matching, pause applications, or suspend providers when operators determine it is necessary for safety or abuse prevention. Provider-specific terms version provider_terms_v1 may apply to professionals who join the network.

Provider subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Cancel during the free trial to avoid the first charge. After a paid month begins, cancellation stops future renewals and Pro access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Paid months are not automatically prorated or refunded. Existing jobs remain available. The date and time a cancellation takes effect are the dates Stripe returns, shown in the provider account's time zone. RepairVega does not calculate a month-end date in place of that Stripe date.

SMS Terms

Users who affirmatively opt in may receive transactional text messages from RepairVega related to their service request, provider matching, scheduling, status updates, and other service-related activity. RepairVega LLC does not use this opt-in for promotional or marketing SMS. Entering a phone number or submitting a request is not consent to receive texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
